NameSurfer 7.6.4.1

The bitmask indicates the size of the block whose first IP address is given. The bitmask equals with the number of bits outside the scope of a single block; e.g. an IPv4 block with bitmask 24 (sometimes indicated as 255.255.255.0 on other sources) can include 256 addresses in the remaining 8 bits of the address information.
