NameSurfer 7.6.4.1

The IP Address Management change log page lists the changes that match your change log search. The changes are listed in chronological order, newest first. Each change is first identified by a header with basic information of the change and followed by detailed dissection of the events that took place during the change.

Sometimes a change can cause other changes to occur, e.g. when a block with contents is moved from one place to another, all blocks and hosts within that block are also moved. Each such move is an individual change that is shown in the change log listing as a subevent of the main change. Such subevents are shown indented below the main event.

Currently you can undo the following changes :

  • Adding and removing a block
  • Adding, removing and modifying block information
You can undo one or more transactions by checking their "Undo" check buttons and pressing the "Undo selected changes" submit button. Note that you can only undo the latest addition or removal of a block.

It may not be possible to retrieve very old log information because NameSurfer automatically discards old change log data after a configurable length of time (90 days by default).
