IP Address Management module's
Address report tool can be used to list allocated and/or free
addresses within a given address block
and it's sub-blocks, limited by definitive parameters.
The following parameters can be set for each report query:
Address: Type an IP address to be searched for. You may use wildcards, for example 192.* will show every address and/or block that begins with 192.
Bitmask: The bitmask to be searched. Again, wildcard can be used. The system accepts bitmasks only in short format, e.g. 24.
IP type: Select either IPv4 or IPv6
Block Owner: The owner of the addresses to be searched for.
Recursion: Defines whether the report is generated only on the level of the selected (currently viewed) block, or is it recursed.
In many cases, only the recursive option displays any useful results.
Show Allocated addresses: Defines whether the report displays allocated or unallocated addresses.
