User summary shows the total number of changes made to DNS database during the time-frame. Change deviation gives a detailed list of zones which were altered.

Summary consists of two fields, statistic and count. Count means the total sum of records of this type in database. Deviation uses three fields, Zone, Last Changed and number of updates.
